I have jade eggs and I find they work great! You can do Kegels forever and still not the get the muscle tone you experience with Jade eggs. Besides, they help you isolate your vaginal muscles and give you a better workout (vaginal weightlifting with the larger eggs. The eggs have pre-drilled holes so you can thread them with unflavored dental floss).

Hi, i live in nyc, and to start off do not name your store that has something to do with nyc. you will just sound like a tourist store that belongs in the middle of times square. also, you shouldn’t name it anything with your name or anything that ryhmes. that just has like a thrift shop feel. if i were you i would open something off on third avenue(or second. anywhere else has too much competion or someplace like 5th avenue, you won’t be able to compete with the high prices).
so you’re just opening a clothing store… i’m guessing that you’re not selling your own brand? to start off you shouldn’t there is a lot more pressure to think of a good brand name vs. think of a good store name. also, starting off you shouldn’t make your own brand, it might not as go as well as it would if you already had business experince.
my advice is to intern somewhere so you get a feel of what you want to do in fashion.( you don’t want to go through all the trouble of opening a store just to realize you like being a stylist.)

you should go to your local book store and buy the TEEN VOUGE HANDBOOK. even if you don’t read this magazine, it has an "inside scoop" in almost every job in fashion, and a really good list of colleges for your intrest.

Don’t know if Austrailia has the same law but here it is called a Non – Compete Clause. According to the contracts, you cannot work for another company during the terms of the contract or may be liable for civil damages.

The issue is whether an employer has a legal right to dictate a persons employment once they are no longer with the original company and is it legally binding.

breach of contract.. she breached the terms of her contract.. the term beign to not work for/with another festival.

and if she used any of the images/graphics that were copyrighted by the Adelaide festival, you’re also getting into intellectual property law (copyright law).

It is a non compete clause situation, however that clause is a standard clause in those type of contracts, and are normally easily negotiated.
Betty would simply tell the Melbourne comedy festival she will need to contact the Adelaide festival and request a waiver, and as long as she is not using designs she created for Adelaide, they would most certainly give it to her.
She could just take the contract and do the work at Melbourne comedy who will also have a non compete in their contract, however if she is not using Adelaide designs she created in the Melbourne work, or does not use the Melbourne designs in her next job, it is difficult to enforce and most companies would not go to court over it, as they already know if their designs are not being used or compromised, there is no way they would get a judge to say sure you can essentially prevent this person from working. Many of those non compete clauses stipulate time frame in excess of years.
